We have multiple bookkeepers and data entry specialists, but all of our staff is overseen by our founder and principal accountant to ensure quality assurance, accuracy, and compliance.

Our founder, Nicole DesLauriers-Guskiewicz, is a USMC Veteran, and has a BA in Business Law, and MBA with concentrations in Acquisitions and Business Contract Law. She has also been an enrolled agent with the IRS since 2012.

Nicole had modest beginnings working on Capital Hill as a Legislative Analyst after her service with the United States Marine Corps, then moved on to work in the Financial Planning and Analysis departments of some of the big NOVA government contracting corporations before moving up, once again, to become the Corporate Controller, then acting CFO, of a mid-sized International Corporation with HQ in 8 countries, and payroll compliance in 23 countries.

Nicole was tired of the commute to DC, and started 2 part-time small business in 2012, then finally left the corporate world in 2015 to start a third small business. Her coffee shop and accounting business are still open and have become powerhouses in their local markets.
